This Privacy Notice has been prepared by ISTIRANCA TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK İNŞAAT VE AKARYAKIT TİCARETİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, acting as the data controller (“Company” or “Longosphere”), in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), regarding the processing of personal data of individuals who visit the website www.longosphere.com.

Your personal data are processed within the scope of Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK for the following purposes and based on the corresponding legal grounds:

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data are processed,
  • Request information if your data have been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data,
  • Object to results arising from analysis through exclusively automated systems,
  • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
